DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
CRÉDITO REAL IS ALWAYS CONCERNED ABOUT THE SUITABLE TRAINING, AS WELL AS THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS UPDATE OF ALL EMPLOYEES THAT ENSURE THE INSTITUTIONAL EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS FOR CONTRIBUTING TO SUSTAINABILITY.
We have specialized training in areas such as: leadership, effective supervision, computing, among others. Within this purpose, in 2013 we invest more than 2.9 million in more than 14,122 training hours, resulting in 41.91 training hours for each employee.

We are committed to the development and integral wellbeing of our employees, for this reason we developed our own working culture and environment methodology base in the following tools:

• Employees Survey: Our model represents five aspects with 58 questions used worldwide.

• Organization Survey: Human resources policies, processes and practices’ documentation regarding organizational culture and staff management.

In 2013, a working environment measure process was carried out and the areas that need to be empowered were disclosed. This is why the Crédito Real Leader- ship Training Program was created, which involves managers and directors. Key aspects of leadership are developed in 8 modules. With this program, we are enhancing a high-trust culture that generates results. For creating this level of trust, it is compulsory that Leaders show congruency between what they think, say and do, generating an organizational opening en- vironment where the communication process is fluid, clear and truthful.

EVEN WHEN WE ARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL LOW IMPACT COMPANY, WE CONTINUE TO CONTRIBUTE WITH RESPONSIBLE INITIATIVES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BY SPREADING IT AMONG OUR TEAM AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIONS AND STRATEGIES SHARED WITH OUR INTEREST GROUPS IN ORDER TO KEEP STRENGTHENING AN ENVIRONMENTAL CARE CULTURE.
During this period we carried out huge environmental progresses that are reflected in initiatives and strategies revealed through our Be Aware program for reaching a more efficient and responsible way of using resources, such as:

Changing traditional urinals for waterless urinals, which represent water saving of 164,250 liters per year.

Selection of different plastics and metals that are subject to a revaluation and treatment process that allows to recycling those using clean technologies and therefore, the destruction of 1,496.5 kg of computer and telecommunication equipment can be achieved

Having efficient facilities with movement sensors which results in an energy saving of 30%.

We developed an internal campaign of rational use of resources and promotion of eco-efficient actions.
