We have specialized training in areas such as: leadership, effective supervision, computing, among others. Within this purpose, in 2013 we invest more than 2.9 million in more than 14,122 training hours, resulting in 41.91 training hours for each employee.
We are committed to the development and integral wellbeing of our employees, for this reason we developed our own working culture and environment methodology base in the following tools:

Our model represents five aspects with 58 questions used worldwide.
• Organization Survey:
Human resources policies, processes and practices’ documentation regarding organizational culture and staff management.
In 2013, a working environment measure process was carried out and the areas that need to be empowered were disclosed. This is why the Crédito Real Leader- ship Training Program was created, which involves managers and directors. Key aspects of leadership are developed in 8 modules. With this program, we are enhancing a high-trust culture that generates results. For creating this level of trust, it is compulsory that Leaders show congruency between what they think, say and do, generating an organizational opening en- vironment where the communication process is fluid, clear and truthful.
